Long reports, contracts, inbox threads and scanned paperwork can leave a capable person surrounded by information but still unsure what deserves attention first. The practical problem is not simply reading faster. It is turning different document types into a reliable working view—without losing the source, the context or human responsibility for the decision.
Insight-360 is designed for people who need to organise that work in one document-intelligence workspace. It can help with analysis, summaries, proposals, email review and optical character recognition, while leaving the user responsible for checking the source material and deciding what to do next.
What is Insight-360?
Insight-360 is the MaryChuks AI Ecosystem profile name for the live application branded Insight AI 360. The verified web application brings document analysis, email assistance, proposal drafting, scanning and cloud-file import into a single workspace.
Its central idea is straightforward: documents should become usable working material rather than remain isolated files. A user can select files, ask questions across them, prepare summaries, identify conflicting information and create a draft that can be reviewed or exported.
What can you do with it?
Analyse several documents together
The AI Workspace accepts PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and email-thread files. The current interface allows users to select multiple documents as a shared context, consolidate their main themes, look for contradictions and ask a custom cross-document question.
This can be useful when a decision depends on more than one file. A proposal may need to agree with a budget, a contract and a presentation; reading each file separately can make inconsistencies harder to notice.
Review email and prepare replies
The Email Inbox AI area supports inbox summaries, priority review, suggested replies, draft responses, meeting extraction and follow-up reminders. Its connection options currently include Gmail, Outlook and IMAP or other mail services.
A suggested reply is still a draft. Names, dates, commitments, figures and tone should be checked against the original message before anything is sent.
Create structured proposals
The Proposal Builder offers templates for business, grant, sales, investment and research proposals, client quotations, government tenders and cover letters. Users can supply the parties, budget, timeline, tone and project brief, then edit, print, copy or export the resulting draft.
Turn scans into searchable text
Scan AI uses optical character recognition to extract text from photographed or scanned documents. The verified interface also includes image-quality controls, table extraction, signature detection and conversion to a searchable PDF.
OCR can misread low-quality images, handwriting, unusual layouts or damaged pages. Important values should be compared with the original image rather than accepted automatically.
Import files from cloud storage
The Cloud Import area currently presents Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and Dropbox as sources. Imported files can move into the document-analysis workflow for questions, summaries or proposal preparation.
Connect external AI providers
An API Connectors area is available for configurable model providers. This gives advanced users a route to connect supported external AI services, subject to their plan, provider account and the data controls appropriate to their organisation.
A practical way to use the workspace
- Define the decision. Write the question you are trying to answer before uploading anything.
- Select the smallest useful document set. Include only files that are relevant and authorised for this task.
- Ask for a source-grounded summary. Request key claims, figures, deadlines and uncertainties.
- Test for disagreement. Ask where documents conflict or use different assumptions.
- Return to the originals. Check important findings against the source pages, tables or messages.
- Create a draft output. Turn the reviewed evidence into a proposal, response or action list.
- Apply human judgement. Decide what is accurate, appropriate and ready to use.
This sequence matters because a polished summary can feel more certain than the underlying evidence. The most useful workflow keeps the original material close enough to challenge the AI’s interpretation.
Who is it for?
- Business owners and managers comparing reports, proposals, budgets and operational documents;
- consultants and freelancers turning client briefs into structured working drafts;
- researchers and students organising several sources before deeper critical reading;
- administrative teams reviewing email, scans and recurring paperwork;
- founders and sales teams preparing proposals or quotations from supplied requirements;
- professionals working across languages who can benefit from the interface’s current English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese and Japanese language options.
Check the information before you upload it
Document intelligence is most useful when it is paired with disciplined information handling. Before importing a contract, inbox, customer record or internal report, check whether you are authorised to process it, whether personal or confidential details can be removed, and which external services may receive the content.
The UK National Cyber Security Centre advises organisations using AI systems and external APIs to apply controls to data sent outside their control. Its guidance also recommends managing generated content according to the sensitivity of the inputs. The Information Commissioner’s Office similarly notes that organisations sharing personal data with AI providers must follow the applicable data-sharing rules.
Read the NCSC’s secure-design guidance for AI systems and the ICO’s advice on using AI business tools with personal data. Your organisation’s own policies and legal duties still apply.
Current free access
As verified on 9 October 2026, the live pricing screen lists a $0 Free tier with one Document Insight analysis per session, basic AI summaries, limited Proposal AI access, watermarked summaries and local-storage synchronisation. Plans and allowances can change, so check the live pricing screen before relying on a particular limit.
How it fits into the MaryChuks AI Ecosystem
MaryChuks.com is the knowledge layer: it explains the thinking, risks and workflows behind practical AI use. Insight-360 is part of the action layer. It helps turn document-heavy work into a reviewable process of analysis, comparison, drafting and follow-up.
Within the ecosystem, its strongest role is understanding existing material. That makes it a useful bridge between learning what to do, examining the evidence and producing a working document.
Try the application
Begin with a low-risk document that you already understand. Ask for a summary, test the answer against the source and note where human checking adds value. This is a better first experiment than beginning with confidential records or a decision you cannot independently review.
