Automatically collected information
Depending on the service and your consent settings, we or our service providers may receive:
- device type, operating system and app version;
- device or advertising identifiers;
- IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
- crash reports, diagnostics and performance information;
- pages or app features used;
- access dates, session duration and interaction information;
- referral information;

We do not collect precise location unless a particular feature requires it, the collection is disclosed within the application and you grant permission.
Locally stored information
Some applications may store information only on your device, including:
- preferences and settings;
- game or puzzle progress;
- scores and performance statistics;
- locally created drafts;
- locally generated files.
Information stored locally remains on your device unless you choose to back it up, upload it, share it or use a cloud-connected feature.
4. Artificial Intelligence Features
Some MaryChuks applications use artificial intelligence to generate, analyse, summarise, transform or organise content.
When you use an AI feature, the information you submit may be transmitted to an AI service provider to generate the requested result. This information may include:
- prompts and instructions;
- text and documents;
- images;
- audio or transcribed speech;
- stories and character descriptions;
- business, marketing or creative material.
AI requests may be processed by third-party providers such as Google and its AI services, including Gemini, or other providers identified within the applicable application.
We use AI-processed information to provide the feature requested by the user, maintain security, prevent abuse and improve the operation of our services where permitted.
MaryChuks.com Limited remains responsible for selecting and managing its service providers. Third-party providers process information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies and contractual arrangements.
Users should not enter confidential, legally privileged, medical, financial or highly sensitive personal information into an AI feature unless the application explicitly states that the feature is designed and protected for that purpose.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Users should independently review important outputs and should not treat generated content as professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
5. Microphone, Camera, Images and Files
An application may request access to the microphone, camera, photographs, media or stored files when needed for a feature selected by the user.
For example:
- microphone access may support voice recording or speech-to-text;
- camera access may allow photographs of documents or receipts;
- image access may allow users to upload or edit an image;
- file access may allow document analysis, export or import.
We request these permissions only when they are needed for the relevant feature. You can deny or withdraw device permissions through your device settings. Certain features may not work without the required permission.
We do not activate the microphone or camera without user action and the applicable device permission.
6. Accounts and Authentication
Some applications may be usable without an account. Other services may require or offer an account to synchronise information, manage subscriptions, store projects or access premium features.
If authentication is provided through Google, Firebase or another sign-in provider, that provider may process authentication information according to its own privacy policy.
We do not request access to your Google password.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions may be processed by:
- Google Play;
- Stripe;
- another payment provider displayed at the point of purchase.
Payment providers process payment credentials directly. MaryChuks.com Limited does not normally receive or store your complete debit-card or credit-card number.
We may receive transaction information such as:
- purchased product or subscription;
- payment status;
- transaction identifier;
- purchase date;
- country or currency;
- information required for refunds, accounting and fraud prevention.
Google Play purchases are also subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
8. Analytics, Advertising and Cookies
Our website and some applications may use analytics, advertising, security and performance technologies supplied by third parties.
These technologies may process device, usage, diagnostic, cookie or advertising information. Where required by UK or European law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used only after consent.
You may manage website cookie choices through the available consent controls. Device-level advertising preferences may be managed through your device or Google account settings.
We do not claim that third-party advertisements are endorsed by MaryChuks.com Limited merely because they appear through an advertising network.
9. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- provide requested features and services;
- generate or process AI results;
- create and maintain user accounts;
- save and synchronise user projects;
- process purchases and subscriptions;
- provide customer support;
- send service-related communications;
- deliver newsletters or marketing where permitted;
- measure service performance;
- diagnose crashes and technical problems;
- prevent fraud, spam, abuse and security threats;
- meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations;
- protect our users, business and legal rights.
We do not use data obtained through sensitive Android permissions for undisclosed purposes.
10. Legal Bases Under UK GDPR
Where UK data-protection law applies, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract: processing necessary to provide a product or service you requested.
- Consent: where you have given permission, including certain cookies, marketing or device permissions.
- Legitimate interests: operating, securing, analysing and improving our services, provided those interests do not override your rights.
- Legal obligation: complying with applicable laws, taxation, accounting, fraud-prevention or regulatory requirements.
- Vital interests or public task: only where applicable in exceptional circumstances.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.
11. When Information May Be Shared
We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose or transmit information to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate a requested feature, including providers of:
- cloud hosting and databases;
- authentication;
- AI processing;
- analytics and crash reporting;
- payment processing;
- advertising;
- email and newsletter delivery;
- website hosting and security;
- customer support.
Providers may include Google, Firebase, Google Play, Google Analytics, Google AI services, Stripe, WordPress.com, Automattic or Jetpack, depending on the service being used.
We may also disclose information:
- when legally required;
- to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents;
- to protect legal rights, safety or property;
- during a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections;
- when you direct us to share or export content.
The fact that data is sent to a processor to supply an AI, payment, hosting or analytics function is a form of data sharing and is disclosed here accordingly.
12. International Data Transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.
Where required, we seek to rely on recognised safeguards, including adequacy regulations, contractual protections or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
The protections available in another country may differ from those available in the United Kingdom.
13. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining security, resolving disputes and meeting legal or accounting obligations.
Retention periods may vary according to the data and service:
- account information may be retained while the account remains active;
- project content may remain until deleted by the user or the account is deleted;
- customer-support records may be retained while an issue is active and for a reasonable period afterward;
- transaction and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law;
- crash, security and analytics records may be retained according to operational need and provider settings;
- information stored only on a device remains until the user deletes it, clears the application data or uninstalls the application.
AI providers may apply their own limited retention periods for security and service delivery. Their applicable policies should be consulted where relevant.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymise or securely isolate it, subject to legal and technical limitations.
14. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, misuse or loss.
No online service, transmission system or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and devices.
15. Children’s Privacy
Our general business and AI productivity services are not intended for children under 13 unless a particular application is specifically designed, classified and presented as suitable for children.
Applications directed at children will be configured and operated in accordance with applicable Google Play Families requirements and relevant child-privacy laws.
We do not knowingly use general-purpose AI or account features to collect personal information from children without an appropriate legal basis or parental involvement where required.
Children should not submit:
- their full name;
- personal contact details;
- precise location;
- school details;
- photographs or recordings identifying other people;
- health or other sensitive information;
unless the application expressly requests the information for an appropriate feature and a parent or guardian has provided any necessary permission.
If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact admin@marychuks.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Anonymous-chat services are not directed at children. At the date of this policy, MaryChuks applications do not offer anonymous random-chat functionality unless expressly stated in the relevant application and store listing.
16. Health and Psychology Information
Some applications or content may discuss psychology, wellbeing, cognition, relationships or personal development.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these services are educational and informational. They do not provide diagnosis, emergency intervention, psychotherapy or medical treatment and do not replace qualified professional care.
If an application allows health-related information to be entered, the application must display any additional consent or privacy notice required for that feature.
17. Your Data-Protection Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion;
- restrict certain processing;
- object to certain processing;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent;
- complain to a data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, email admin@marychuks.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
UK users may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk.
18. Account and Data Deletion
You may delete locally stored information through the application controls, by clearing the application’s data or by uninstalling the application.
Where an application provides an account-deletion option, users should use that option to request deletion.
You may also request account or personal-data deletion by emailing:
Use the subject line: App Data Deletion Request
Include:
- the name of the application;
- the email address associated with the account;
- enough information for us to identify the relevant record.
Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
We will process verified deletion requests subject to information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax or accounting purposes.
19. Third-Party Links and Services
Our services may link to websites, stores, social networks or other services not controlled by MaryChuks.com Limited.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of independently operated services. Review the third party’s privacy policy before providing information.
20. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our services, technology, providers or legal obligations change.
The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, we may provide an additional notice within an application or request renewed consent.
21. Contact Us
For privacy questions, rights requests, account deletion or concerns about a MaryChuks application, contact:

How to replace it in WordPress
- Open your WordPress dashboard.
- Select Pages.
- Find Privacy Policy.
- Select Edit.
- Delete the old text beginning with “This app is developed by MaryChuks.com.”
- Paste the complete policy above.
- Keep the existing page address:
https://marychuks.com/privacy-policy-2/ - Select Update.
- Open the public page afterward and confirm the “Last updated” date displays correctly.
Do not change the page URL if it is already entered in your Google Play listings. Keeping the URL unchanged prevents broken Play Console links.
Important Play Console work after publishing
Updating this page is only the first step. For every published application, check:
- Policy and programs → App content → Privacy policy
- Data Safety
- Target audience and content
- Content rating
- Data deletion
- Advertising ID
- App access
- Permissions declarations
The Data Safety form must match the application’s actual code and service providers. For example, if a prompt is transmitted to Gemini, it cannot be declared as “no data shared” merely because you do not sell it.
Also check whether every listed app has been registered correctly and prepare the required target-API app updates by 31 August 2026, as stated in Google’s announcement.
