Samuel Ortom, a Nigerian governor has said his sexual potency is having a hit based on how his people are suffering.
According to the Benue State governor, anytime the plights of his people come to mind, he is unable to satisfy his wife even when he is on top of her.
Mr Ortom said the conditions of people living in the IDP camps in his State gives him sleepless night and has really affected his libido and sexual drive.
He added: “Even when I’m on top of my wife and I remember the people in the IDP camp…”
Those in the crowd added, “It goes flat” and Ortom smiled in agreement.
