A vegan bodybuilder has revealed her secret to keeping Covid-19 away – stockpiling semen and sinking some less than appetising smoothies.
Plant-based Tracy Kiss went viral last year when she revealed that she swears by the bizarre concoction – which she discovered after calling on her boyfriend to help keep her healthy during the pandemic.
The fitness fanatic from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, says more people should give semen smoothies a whirl.
Now she has vowed to keep drinking her special formula as she awaits her vaccine.
“I haven’t had a cold or flu in years – I don’t remember the last time I was sick, simply because I lead a healthy, active lifestyle and consume semen on a regular basis,” she told Vice.
“I think if a lot more people knew the benefits of consuming semen, they would definitely treat it as the precious entity that it is.
“Whilst the world is experiencing a stockpiling frenzy of toilet tissue, cleaning products and hand sanitisers, I have found a free and alternative method.”
Influencer Tracy also spreads her smoothie’s unique ingredients on her skin as a homeopathic rosacea treatment.
The 32-year-old’s Instagram followers may argue she is living life right – the stunner looks in tip-top condition as she uses her home gym to keep her figure looking sensational in lockdown.
Last week she inspired her fans with a message and told them to put their health first.
She said: “Life has a way of teaching us the lessons that we truly need to learn with obstacles that
fall into our path when we least expect it.
“Grow through what you go through, be the positive change the world needs to see and never take a second for granted.
“Love your loved ones unconditionally, put your health and happiness first and please give to others in need by any means possible.”
Last year she said she spent more than £50,000 on plastic surgery.
However, the beauty faced a backlash after and says she receives hundreds of hate-filled messages.
“Women accuse me of being a disgusting porn star, a Barbie doll and a bad mother,” Tracy told The Sun.
“Some of them even think I’m after their men, but I’m not to blame for guys looking at me. I’ve worked hard for my appearance – and lots of my surgery has been for medical reasons, too.”
