Additionally, Kim developed the concept with the aid of data from Simple Habit, a meditation app that she founded in 2017 and has more than 5 million users. How to use the app

Finally, the Sleep Reset program helps you get better sleep using procedures that have been scientifically established by leading sleep clinics, many of which are based on CBT-I.
Download the Sleep Reset app for iOS or Android. The software is free for the first three months, but after that, you’ll have to pay $75 a month to use it. After the first three months, the program is $75 per month if you want to keep doing it.
Although this costs more than many sleep-related smartphone apps, but visiting a sleep clinic to try to achieve the same outcomes would be more expensive.
