According to Deputy Ajejandra Parra of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Information Bureau, the Sheriff’s Department responded to a medical rescue call at 11:58 a.m. from the 42000 block of Valley Vista Drive.
Parra stated that officers discovered a deceased person at the scene, but she could not confirm that the person was Carter. She stated that homicide detectives had been dispatched in accordance with standard procedure.
